BULLETIN MARCH 9, 2014

Tom would like to have our first VBS meeting for this year today following worship services.  Please plan to attend if you are interested in helping with VBS in any way.

Their will be a Men’s Business Meeting today.  All men are encouraged to attend if possible. 

The Ladies’ Bible Class will be meeting here today at 4:30 p.m.

Daylight Saving Time came at 2:00 a.m. this morning-Hopefully you remembered to set your clocks forward one hour!

Please mark your calendars for our upcoming annual mission fund collection day next week on the 16th of March.  We will also be having a potluck meal after morning services next week.

The next opportunity the church has to help prepare boxes of food at the Food Bank will be this upcoming Saturday the 25th of January from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 P.m.  Anyone that is able to help would be greatly appreciated.  Please see Lester Waldren if you have any questions.

The Ladies Bible Study Class fixed 18 fruit baskets & delivered them this month.  Their next project is going to be to make a cookbook.  Anyone that would like to contribute their favorite recipes to be put in the cookbook is encouraged to give their recipes to Stephanie Morgan before they meet again next month.

DJ & Bethany Hatfield would like to invite all of the members of the congregation to their house on New Years Eve at 8:00 p.m. for a New Years get together.  Please bring your favorite side dish or finger food.

The Ladies Bible Class will be preparing fruit baskets this afternoon when they meet.  If you know of someone that you would like to have a basket please

There will be a Men’s Business Meeting this afternoon.  All Men are encouraged to attend if possible.

Jason & Stajah would like to have a Christmas get together with all members of the congregation at the house on Saturday, December 14th starting at 6:00 p.m.  Bring finger foods if you would like to and an ornament if you wish to participate in an ornament exchange($10 max).  There will also be other fun games as well.  Please come for a night of fun & fellowship.
