The Ladies still need lots of recipes for our church cookbook.  They will take recipes from men, women, & children.   Recipes can  be emailed to Stephanie Morgan at sdmorgan1989@yahoo.com.

There will be a Men’s Business Meeting next Sunday, February 9th.  All men are encouraged to attend if possible.

The next opportunity the church has to help prepare boxes of food at the Food Bank will be this upcoming Saturday the 25th of January from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 P.m.  Anyone that is able to help would be greatly appreciated.  Please see Lester Waldren if you have any questions.

The Ladies Bible Study Class fixed 18 fruit baskets & delivered them this month.  Their next project is going to be to make a cookbook.  Anyone that would like to contribute their favorite recipes to be put in the cookbook is encouraged to give their recipes to Stephanie Morgan before they meet again next month.

DJ & Bethany Hatfield would like to invite all of the members of the congregation to their house on New Years Eve at 8:00 p.m. for a New Years get together.  Please bring your favorite side dish or finger food.

The Ladies Bible Class will be preparing fruit baskets this afternoon when they meet.  If you know of someone that you would like to have a basket please

Jason & Stajah would like to have a Christmas get together with all members of the congregation at the house on Saturday, December 14th starting at 6:00 p.m.  Bring finger foods if you would like to and an ornament if you wish to participate in an ornament exchange($10 max).  There will also be other fun games as well.  Please come for a night of fun & fellowship.

Timothy & Christopher Morgan were baptized into Christ last Sunday evening, the 10th!  Please congratulate them & welcome them into our family.

We will be having a potluck meal today after morning services with a Thanksgiving theme.  Please stay & enjoy the fellowship if possible.

Jason & Stajah would like to have one more movie night in 2013 on November 22nd @ 7:00 p.m.  Popcorn & drinks will be served and they will be showing “The Croods”.

***IMPORTANT***

Several of our nursing mothers have been walked in on a time or two while they were in the process of nursing their children.  We would like to ask that anyone going into the nursery please knock first if the doors are closed so that their privacy can be respected when they are in the nursery with the doors closed.

The Ladies Bible Class sent cards of encouragement when they met last Sunday and will be fixing fruit baskets at their next meeting on December 8th.  There is a sign up sheet on the bulletin board if anyone would like to help provide the items that they will need to fill the fruit baskets.

Jason & Stajah would like to have another movie night for kids of all ages here at the church building on Friday, October 25th.  Please join them for a night of Fellowship, Popcorn and Drinks, and of course The Movie! 

We'll be dressing up, having candy in leiu of trick or trunk because of the city's time change, and watching Epic the movie!!
